All articles are freely available immediately upon publication under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. No article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees are charged to authors. The journal operates a double-anonymized (double-blind) peer review process and publishes articles in English under a continuous publication model.
